Andrea Bruciati: Carbone… Aereo: two terms that contain your work. What do you say?
Alexander Cannistrà: I agree, absolutely: my attraction to the words and the attention to the etymologies lead me to think constantly at work and produce thoughts on the creative process, I want to say also that these two terms have the dual effect that I enter in my work: coal as an ancient element that is generated by the death of giant plants and trees, also has another meaning "to make dry, arid ", as well as great source of energy for mankind, and air as a breath that is in a dimension not touch but no less real and alive. A single union in my last works.
