In this climate of disillusionment and hope, Selva Obscura sees the collective nineteen artists who exploit the media and languages are very different, but in common the centrality of Nature, madre o matrigna, in their works. We can define all part of a movement neopanteista: Nature surrounds every aspect of human reality, as a single higher principle that dominates the life cycle in its ceaseless motion of creation and destruction. The artists neopanteisti are developing a new mythology that blends pop culture of the last century, the classical inspiration and animism alchemy with a contemporary language full of present and future, without forgetting the lessons of the past.
