Simona Uberto

Born in Savona in 1965, Simona Uberto plays with human silhouettes and everyday life. No painting, no canvases much less oils to color the surfaces, the verticality of the wall becomes straight parallel to the motionless walking of figures fixed to it.
Lives and works in Milan.
From 2012 he holds the Chair of Painting at the Brera Academy of Fine Arts, Milan. From 1989 he exhibits in personal and collective exhibitions, presenting sculptures, installations using photography. Reference gallery: Melesi Gallery in Lecco.
