Nunzio Paci

Nunzio Paci, Bentivoglio (BO), 1977

Nunzio Paci is a visual artist who lives and works in Bologna. His research focuses on issues related to the scientific and environmental sphere, with a particular emphasis on anatomy and the man-natural relationship. His work has been exhibited in Europe, United States and Asia and published in international art magazines. In 2016 He was awarded with an artist residence at NKD - Nordic Art Services Dale, International program financed by the Norwegian Ministry of Culture. The same year was included in the volume Anatomy Rocks, an anthology including beyond 60 International artists who reinterpret anatomy in contemporary art. More recently, in 2019, It was art-in-residence at the Lindn University of Hong Kong, where he held a semi -annual course of traditional techniques and a talk entitled Art and Anatomy in Western Culture.
