Julia Nellie

Julia Nellie (Legnano, 1992), visual artist, she graduated from the Brera Academy of Fine Arts, he earned his Master's degree IDEA in Exhibition Design of the Polytechnic of Milan and is enriching his education by attending the Master in Art therapies and Expressive Therapies of the Catholic University of Milan.

Alongside his artistic activity, he combines art workshops for children.

He has exhibited in national and international institutions, among which: MudaC - Carrara Arts Museum (personal, 2026), Diocesan Museum of Brescia (2025), MUSE - Trento Science Museum (2024), former Sant'Agostino prison in Savona (2024), Image Costume Fashion Museum of Milan (personal, 2023), Dino Zoli Foundation of Forlì (2023), GASC-Contemporary Sacred Art Gallery of Milan (2023), Castel Belasi of Campodenno (2023), Church of the Holy Spirit of Govone (personal, 2023), Trento Underground Archaeological Space (2022), Vittorio Leonesio Foundation (personal, 2022), Busto Arsizio Textile Museum (2022), Permanente Museum of Milan (2021 and 2024), MISP Museum-Museum of 20th and 21st Century Art in St. Petersburg (2020) and Palazzo Marliani Cicogna in Busto Arsizio (personal, 2020).

He won the Crown Fine Art Award (2025) and the 9th edition of Premium Cramus (2022).

In 2024 the installation Between dormant roots and arid stone she joined the Collection Anthropocene of the MUSE - Trento Science Museum.
