Antonio Bardino
Antonio Bardino was born in Alghero (SS) in 1973.
He trained at the Art Institute of F. Costantino of Alghero and subsequently at the Academy of Fine Arts M. Sironi of Sassari, in the School of Decoration. During his last years as a student, she dated the artist Enrico Baj, in his studio in Vergiate (VA) and on the occasion of his exhibitions. Attendance and friendship with the teacher, lasting until his passing in 2003, is sealed by “Analog Emperor” with baptism pataphysical the 16 November 1986. The following years are characterized by experimentation, specialization in mosaic, the study of new technologies related to digital printing and graphics.
In 2020 leaves his hometown, Alghero, this detachment also marks a furrow in his pictorial research.
The investigation of contemporary interiors begins up to the "lateral landscapes" series, where nature seems to want to reclaim previously denied spaces. In recent works, plants are the emblem of a domestic vision that gets out of control. Antonio Bardino was a finalist of the Lissone Award, White Pages Award, PI rowed Rugabella, Celeste Award, Combat Award, ManinFesto. He has exhibited in numerous personal and collective exhibitions in Italy and abroad, currently, lives and works in Udine.
