Angelo Marinelli and the overall winner of Arteam Cup 2018, artistic competition reserved for members of the Arteam Cultural Association of Albissola Marina.
The awards ceremony was held Saturday 16 June at the Dino Zoli Foundation of Forlì, which since May has hosted the exhibition of 65 finalists (16 Under 30 and 49 Over 30), curated by Livia Savorelli and Matteo Galbiati.
The jury of the fourth edition of Arteam Cup – composed of Matteo Bergamini (journalist and art critic, Responsible Director Exibart), Gigliola Foschi (historian and criticism of photography, member of the MIA Photo Fair committee), Matteo Galbiati (art critic and teacher, Espoarte web director and internal member of Arteam), Roberto Ratti (founder Traffic Gallery, Bergamo), Marta Santacatterina(freelance journalist and PhD in Art History) and Livia Savorelli (Espoarte Editorial Director) – decided to unanimously award Angelo Marinelli (Monteiasi, Taranto, 1979), in competition with the photographic diptych “Leaves of Grass – Roots and Leaves Themselves Alone #1”, composed of two fine art prints on Hahnemühle paper.
During the evening, in synergy with partners, special prizes were also awarded, residencies and technical awards to the following artists: Avoid Andújar, Aqua Aura, Alessandra Baldoni, Silvia Bigi, Alessandro Costanzo, Alice Faloretti, Marica Fasoli, Roberto Ghezzi, Luca Gilli, Elena Hamerski, Stefan Milosavljevic, Patrizia Novello, Alice Padovani, Gianluca Patti, Serena Piccinini, Lucrezia Roda, Thomas Scalco, Maria Giovanna Zanella.
Between these, was also assigned the Vanillaedizioni Award, promoted by our publishing house.
Vanillaedizioni awarded n. 2 free additions to the series [PageNotFound], with creation for each artist of a monographic e-book and printing of the paper book in the 17×24 cm format. The Prize was awarded to: Luca Gilli and Maria Giovanna Zanella.
